Mid-Day Reset

Midday Reset is a 45 minutes yoga class designed to reset your nervous system and support your body's natural ability to regulate stress.
This class uses slow, somatically focused movement, intentional breathwork, and ample pauses to help shift the body out of stress response and into a state of safety and ease. Rather than long sequences or intense poses, we work with small groups of accessible postures, moving slowly and mindfully to support regulation and awareness.
Class may begin with brief collective call-and-response to support presence and self-connection (always optional), followed by cycles of gentle movement and breath designed to calm the mind and steady the body.
During rest or savasana, optional gentle hands-on support may be offered to those who consent, providing grounding and integration.
This class is ideal for:
- Anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, or nervous system overwhelm.
- Older practitioners or those returning to movement.
- Students seeking slower, more supportive practice.
- Anyone wanting tools to feel calmer and more regulated in daily life.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Chairs, props, and rest are always encouraged.
