Midday Reset is a 45 minutes yoga class designed to reset your nervous system and support your body's natural ability to regulate stress. Join for a single class or journey through the full 6 week series. Each session is designed to stand on its own.
CURRENT SERIES (beginning Tues, 3/11): Rooted and Rising 6-Week Midday Reset
In uncertain times, strength starts inside. This series builds stability, resilience, and
clarity through intentional movement and breath created to help release stuck Chakra
energy.
Week 1 Ground Chakra: Root
Description:
A steady, grounding flow focused on feeling supported, present, and stable. Slow
movement and breath help you settle into your body and your day.
Week 2 Flow Chakra: Sacral
Description:
Gentle, fluid movement to release tension and restore ease. This class invites softness,
mobility, and natural rhythm in both body and breath.
Week 3 Strength Chakra: Solar Plexus
Description:
Build strength and confidence through supportive, steady movement. A balanced flow
designed to help you feel capable and centered.
Week 4 Open Chakra: Heart
Description:
A spacious, breath-centered practice that encourages openness in the chest, shoulders,
and breath. Move in a way that feels kind and supportive.
Week 5 Clear Chakra: Throat
Description:
Slow, intentional movement paired with breath awareness to create a sense of clarity
and calm. Leave feeling lighter and more focused. Optional Voice centered call and
response will be offered.
Week 6 Settle Chakra: Third Eye + Crown integration
Description:
A quiet, integrating practice that helps you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Gentle
movement that focuses on awareness, to close the series feeling steady and renewed.
