Midday Reset is a 45 minutes yoga class designed to reset your nervous system and support your body's natural ability to regulate stress. Join for a single class or journey through the full 6 week series. Each session is designed to stand on its own.
WEEK 1 - SAFETY & ORIENTATION
Theme: "You are safe here." Slow pace, emphasis of pauses, normalize choice + rest
WEEK 2 - BREATH & REGULATION
Theme: "You breath is a resource." Intentional breath cues, extended exhale awareness, integrating breath and movement
WEEK 3 - SENSATION & CHOICE
Theme: "You decide how far." Emphasizing micro-movements, inviting exploration of personal edges and feeling into your body
WEEK 4 - STABILITY & SUPPORT
Theme: "Support creates strength." Chair/wall use, reinforcing use of props to listen to your body's needs and creating a sense of safety in the nervous system
WEEK 5 - STRENGTH WITHOUT STRAIN
Theme: "Effort can be gentle." Slightly longer holds (still short), functional movements (sut-to stand, ste-back lunges, etc.) emphasis on recovery between effort
WEEK 6 - INTEGRATION
Theme: "Carry this with you." Familiar sequences, fewer cues, more silence and self-trust
