Join Karina Rodriguez for a sacred circle honoring the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel. In this special gathering we will be living in rhythm with winter and transitioning to spring. 

Rooted in Indigenous teachings and traditions, the Medicine Wheel invites us to remember the teachings the wisdom of the Earth, turning of the seasons, and the cycles within ourselves. Each direction carries its own teaching...guiding us through growth, release, renewal, and rest. 

Karina will open this sacred circle and guide us through an introduction to the Medicine Wheel as a path of balance and connection. Together we'll listen to the whispers of the four directions, honor the elements, and begin to see how this ancient map can guide our modern lives.
