This traditional Yin Yoga class offers a quiet, nourishing space to slow down and soften deeply in both body and mind. Postures are held for longer periods to gently release tension from the deeper layers of the body.

Pranayama is intentionally woven throughout the class. Students are encouraged to use audible sighs, gentle exhalations, horse lips, and other breath-based releases to support the nervous system and create ease while holding postures. Sound and breath become tools for letting go and settling into stillness.

With an emphasis on breath awareness and mindful sensation, this class supports joint health, fascia hydration, and emotional balance. Expect a grounding, meditative experience that leaves you feeling calm, spacious, and restored.

All levels welcome. No prior Yin experience necessary.
