Close out the week in our candlelit studio with an evening of rest and sound. In this 90 minute sound bath, Kaylee will guide you into deep stillness with crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, layering sound and vibration as you rest. There is nothing to do and nowhere to be. Simply lie back, breathe, and let each wave of sound soften the body and quiet the mind.

Kaylee is an intuitive energy healer and a familiar face at Connection, where she teaches multiple weekly offerings. Her work spans Reiki, sound healing, yoga, and ceremony, and is rooted in trust, connection, and living authentically.

All are welcome. No experience needed.

Location: Connection Yoga Sanctuary, 529 25th St, Lower Level (downstairs from the Cafe & Shop), Ogden.

What to bring: Wear comfy layers, and bring a blanket or pillow for extra coziness if you like.
